Senior Management de AEDAS Homes

AEDAS Homes, a leading listed homebuilder in Spain, has passed a key milestone in its company history: 10,000 net sales to private customers in just six years. This figure, which few residential developers have achieved in such a short timeframe, demonstrates the company’s significant industrial capacity.

“Reaching 10,000 sales in just six years—and being a new generation company built from the ground up—has enormous merit. Achieving this kind of milestone fundamentally comes down to the ongoing efforts and hard work of our entire team of professionals across Spain”, pointed out David Martínez, CEO of AEDAS Homes.

AEDAS Homes has sold these 10,000 homes in 60+ municipalities in 12 autonomous communities—Madrid, Catalonia, Andalusia, the Valencian Community, the Balearic Islands, Navarra, Murcia, Aragon, Castilla y León, Galicia, the Canary Islands and Cantabria—through its six Regional Branches: Madrid, Catalonia and Aragon, Andalusia and the Canary Islands, East and Mallorca, Costa del Sol and North.

A solvent, resilient customer base

Mr. Martinez explained, “Since its inception, AEDAS Homes has operated in Spain’s key economic centres and most important real estate markets, which have demonstrated solid, solvent and resilient demand for quality new-build housing, as the last six years have shown”.

At the Regional Branch level, the highest cumulative sales figure was registered by AEDAS Homes’ East and Mallorca branch, followed by Madrid, Catalonia and Aragon, Andalusia and the Canary Islands, Costa del Sol and North.

Houses with signature design

“The type of home that AEDAS Homes builds has a very distinct signature. The AEDAS Homes brand is known for high quality, modern design and rational architecture. Our homes are innovative, sustainable, located in the best locations and offer a wide range of amenities”, Mr. Martinez said.

"The 10,000-sales mark is one of many milestones along the journey towards consolidating AEDAS Homes as the leading developer in Spain”, Mr. Martinez concluded.

The company also recently announced that during its 2022/23 fiscal year, which ended on 31 March, it delivered 3,500+ units—2,700+ to private customers (Build to Sell, or BTS) and institutional clients (Build to Rent, or BTR) and 800+ units from co-investment projects and from projects under management for third parties through its asset-light Real Estate Services division—the highest volume of deliveries reported by a homebuilder in Spain in the current real estate cycle.
